About the Student Conclave
In an era where digital transformation drives industries, economies, and societies, discussions around Cyber and Data Protection have never been more critical. Recent incidents, such as the growing prevalence of ransomware attacks, data breaches, and the misuse of personal information on social media platforms, underscore the vulnerabilities inherent in our increasingly interconnected world.
These events highlight the need for robust frameworks that address privacy, security, and the ethical use of technology across sectors, including law, media, and business management. As digital technologies evolve, so too must our approaches to safeguarding innovation and integrity.
Recognizing these challenges, the DME Research Cell is convening the upcoming Student Conclave, inviting submissions that engage with the complexities of the digital age from multidisciplinary perspectives. The Conclave’s theme, “Digital Age Dilemmas: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Protecting Innovation and Integrity,” aims to foster discussions that bridge law, media, and management, ensuring a holistic exploration of the digital landscape in India.
This Conclave encourages students to contribute their insights, research, and innovative ideas, nurturing a collaborative environment where emerging scholars can engage with legal experts, policymakers, and industry professionals to discuss the evolving landscape of cyber laws in India.
