I applied for the internship through Internshala by submitting my CV, followed by an interview with the HR of the firm. Shortly after, I received the offer letter along with the terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions

As an Education Research Intern:

  • I provided support to the research team in data collection and analysis,
  • Created detailed presentations to communicate research findings to senior management, and
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement various research initiatives.

Internship Experience

The internship began with training conducted via Google Meet, focusing on the company's software and its usage. A group leader was assigned, to whom I was required to report upon completing tasks

I was involved in research projects that directly influenced educational initiatives and strategies. Knowing that my work could have a tangible impact on improving educational outcomes for students was incredibly rewarding.

The internship offered numerous opportunities to connect with professionals in the fields of education and research. Attending workshops, seminars, and conferences helped me build a network of experts and peers who share similar interests.

Through my research, I gained a deeper understanding of how education policies are developed and their effects on different educational settings. This experience sparked my interest in pursuing a career that merges education with policy-making.

There were no negative experiences during my internship at GlobalShala. The team was accommodating and understanding, and the group leaders provided excellent guidance throughout the internship.

Stipend

The stipend was fixed at ₹5,000 per month.
