Name of the Organisation

Application Process
First-Day Formalities
Because it was a virtual internship, I was added to the communication networks of the institution, briefed on the projects I was going to work on, and apprised of the expectations. This was followed by an email with login details provided to me, and finally, I got the initial introductions concerning formats for reporting as well as deadlines.
Types of Work Assigned
During the internship, it was mandatory to complete 4 tasks within 1 month for a successful completion. The first task was a compulsory article writing and publication. In the other 3 tasks, I was given 2 options for each to decide which type of work I wanted to take up.
Internship Experience
Positive Experience
The internship offered a great learning experience, especially in honing my legal research skills. I was given significant responsibility and the team was supportive, providing feedback on my drafts. The mentors were approachable, and I appreciated the collaborative work environment.
Negative Experience
The only downside was that working online limited opportunities for networking with colleagues and seniors. Although I did receive feedback on my work, I felt that face-to-face interaction would have made the learning experience even better. At times, communication over email and calls could lead to a delay in assignment comprehension.
Stipend
No stipend was provided during the internship.
