About the Conference
The Round Table Conference proposes to attempt a detailed deliberation on the new Criminal Laws; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, & Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 with the objective of providing in-depth knowledge related to the provisions and to critically analyze them
The conference also would attempt to discuss the issues & challenges which have come to fore since the enforcement of these Acts. The anticipated outcome of the Conference is to provide an answer to the issues and challenges.
