The Centre for Constitutional Law at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) is organizing a national conference titled "Transcending the Binary: Exploring Transgender Rights" on September 1-2, 2024. This event will be held in hybrid mode at DNLU Campus.

The conference aims to explore the legal, social, and cultural dimensions of transgender rights in India. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts, scholars, and activists through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and paper presentations. Key themes include inheritance rights, intersectionality, legal equality, economic empowerment, trans joy, resilience, and political rights.
